Conditions: The fire department connection supplying the sprinkler-standpipe system will be located in a pedestrian arcade just off Massachusetts Avenue in lieu of the front of the building facing  Massachusetts Avenue.  The fire department connection is required to be on the street side  of the building. 
   
The 5-story building will include parking, retail, and office use.

Facts: 1. The fire department connection will be located conveniently adjacent to a curbside area  without parking, at a distance of approximately 40 feet from the street. 
 
2.   This arrangement has been reviewed with the Indianapolis Fire Department.
