Conditions: facility would like cover three doors within the facility- they are on the dementia unit and we  want disguise the exits to help redirect residents with dementia and exit seeking behaviors. 
There are two exit doors and one fire door to be covered with a door wrap.

Facts: wrapping doors will not affect the safety and operation of the doors and will not adversely  affect residents or staff but will help with their disease process with exit seeking behaviors.

Facts: The current code creates a hardship for the residents on the memory care/dementia unit.  Many of them suffer from anxiety and exit seeking behaviors, the residents perseverate on the doors as exits to their environments and become increasingly confused, anxious and can be become combative when redirection is attempted.
