If hoses are removed and capped and fire extinguishers are installed there would be no  impact on public safety and this can be managed  The reason that the removal would not be adverse is that we have installed an additional 3 fire extinguishers 1 per floor. If the variance is not approved there will be fines from the fire Marshall.
