Facts:

We no longer have fryers under the hood that would require the fire system.  Koorsen has  evaluated our system and determined that it is beyond repair and would require replacement  in the amount of roughly $3000 + annual maintenance and inspection fees.  To avoid undue  and unnecessary  expenses to the school district, we request the variance to remove the  system.
