Facts: |
|
This building is a single story wood framed building built over a full basement at approximately 6,250 square feet per floor. Currently the basement is fully sprinklered but not the first floor or attic. Brown Sprinkler estimated installing sprinklers on the first floor and attic would be approximately $63,125.00. Piece by Piece is currently leasing the space but is in negotiations for purchasing the property. They can't afford to install the sprinkler system at this time and are asking to delay the installation of the sprinkler system until December 31, 2020 when their lease is up and hopefully they purchase the building.
