Facts:

Fire hoses are to be removed and fire personnel will supply their own in an event. The facility  has sprinkler system.

Facts:

The Monroe County Jail was built in 1986. At that time the code was to have fires hoses in the  jail. Since that time it has been cost prohibitive to maintain a system that is out of date.  Koorsen fire and security has recommended the abandonment of this system. The local fire  departments use their own hoses as well and would not be using these under any  circumstance
