Facts:

Automatic Fire Alarm system will be installed in remodeled classroom area. Fire Alarm system  Smoke detection will be added throughout E area and within 15 ft. of fire barrier on A3 side of  wall providing early warning to students and staff. 3 (double door) exits are provided to  exterior for classroom area students. Maximum of 90 students would only require 2 exits.

DEMONSTRATION OF UNDUE HARDSHIP OR HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURE:

Imposition of the rule would result in an undue hardship (unusual difficulty)  because of physical limitations of the construction site or its utility services.
