December 2018 major house fire ¿ Homeowner is rebuilding/upgrading, the bathroom was last minute addition, the house was built in 1975.
Thousands of dollars have been applied towards the basement bathroom, the homeowner stands to lose the money if the variance is not approved. The homeowners are investing approximately $700,000 in this home where as property values in the area are approximately half that. They have no plans to sell this home.
