Facts: Due to the limitations of T Rating assemblies, it is difficult to install T Rating assemblies in  many areas where they are required (at medical imaging equipment and electrical  panels/switchgears). T Ratings are meant to stop the transfer of heat from floor to floor. Since  there will be no combustibles in contact with the penetrating items, the risk of fire from heat  transfer is unlikely.
