The assembly (A4) occupancy will be provided with a complete NFPA 13 system. The A4 occupancy is 38% of the allowable area. Floors other than the first floor for the R2 occupancy are less than the allowable area by 26% on the 2nd floor and 38% on the 3rd floor. Overall the entire R2 occupancy when combining all floors is 54,482 SF and the overall allowable area is 112,000 SF. The R2 occupancy will be sprinklered with a NFPA 13R system.
