Facts:

Our home already meets the requirements that Huntington County has put in place for a group home.  There should be no other reason that any adverse concerns for public health, safety  or welfare would be evident in our home.

Facts:

Indiana Dream Center needs this ruling with our housing structure for certification approval for funding from Recovery Works and to continue to operate with 24 hour coverage in our home  asked from our city courts.  Operation expenses are necessary to help meet the needs of  those individuals without a lot of funding available for themselves.
