Facts: Portable restroom facilities will be provided for employees, including handwashing facilities.   Public facilities are not required based upon limited occupant load.

Facts: 1. The structure will comply with current rules for new construction except as outlined in the  attached narrative.
2. The structure is approximately 322 square feet with an occupant load less than 10.  
3. Emergency lighting will be provided as required.
4. The structure will be tied down with wedge anchors.  A structural analysis has been  completed to verify the shipping container will withstand the loads required per current code.
5. Power will be provided by an internally grounded generator.

Facts: The hardship is the difficulty in verifying full compliance with all current rules given the nature  of the construction as a shipping container.  The container will not be a permanent building  on the site (will be greater than 90 days), but will occasionally be moved to other locations,  and therefore will not be placed on permanent footer foundations, nor connected to  permanent power on site.
