All preliminary inspections were performed and documented by a third party agency who would be sent to Indiana to perform the final inspection on the modules in their current location and can be witnessed by a representative of the Indiana State Fire marshals Office. If any defects are found shall be corrected and re-inspected before applying the Indiana Seal.

The modules were accidentally transported and placed on site. The hardship is the additional costs and potential damage to the structures. Re-shipping to Georgia and back greatly increases the chance for damage to structures and a loss of time for the purchaser gaining occupancy for use. The additional cost of sending a state of Indiana employee to Georgia to perform the inspection would also be a great expense and loss of time for the State staff that could be better used in Indiana. Other states and municipalities permit on-site inspections of modules.
