The total building is approx 135k sq ft and was a big box retail with some rack sprinkler systems. Athome will occupy approx 100k sq ft of the building, leaving the remaining portion unoccupied but fully protected by a sprinkler system. The plans for that work have already been approved. We just need, per Sam Bruner, a variance to remove two old racking risers no longer in use.
Prior to Athome taking over the facility, the racking was removed but the old risers were left in place. Sam Bruner said he would like to see the old risers remover as they are no longer in service. We did not remove the old racking or sprinklers to them.
