Facts: MANY CHURCHES AROUND HAVE SIMILAR ARBORS AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE WATER WITHIN 400' ALL STATE PARKS ALSO. WE DID NOT LEARN OF THIS REQUIREMENT TILL AFTER  WE HAD RECEIVED OUR PERMITS AND ORDERED THE MATERIALS. NOW IT SEEMS WE WILL  NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE IN OUR TIME FRAME BEFORE WINTER. LIGHTNING IS THE ONLY  THING THAT COULD AFFECT IT. IN WHICH CASE NO ONE WOULD BE IN IT.WE HAVE A NICE  CHURCH FOR RAINY TIMES. THIS IS DESIGNED FOR PLAY GROUND AND VOLLEYBALL AND  SOFTBALL EVENTS FOR OUR YOUNGER GENERATION. THANKS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION  ED NEAL ( A BISHOP HERE)
