Facts: A fire alarm system shall be installed for early warning and detection. This shall be tied into  the security system.

Facts: The addition of a fire hydrant and main will cost over $26,000 to install. To comply with local  zoning, we have already added on $18,000 in landscaping, as well as increasing our costs  for asphalt by complying with local ordinances for parking, erosion control, and providing  area for fire trucks to turn around. We have maxed out our lending request, and by adding on  this additional cost, this expansion will not be able to be completed. There is a hydrant in the  neighboring addition that is less than 400 feet away, but there is not an access road. There is also a retention pond on the neighboring lot that could be used to pump water from.
