Conditions: North exit of Irwin Library will be closed for about one (1) year during construction of new  Lacy School of Business.  New building will connect to three (3) story Library at First and  Second Floor.  Temporary closure of north stair will result in dead end corridors, common  path of travel issues, remote exiting, use of open 3 story stair, etc.

Facts: 1.  Appropriate signage will be provided.
2.  Enclosed south stair and open center stair will be used for exiting.
3.  One (1) accessible entrance will be maintained.

Facts: New Lacy School of Business will be constructed next to Irwin Library.  Two (2) level  pedestrian walkway will connect to Irwin Library.  This new construction will require temporary closing of the existing north exit stair and discharge.
