Conditions: The new storage building will be 300 sq ft in area and will be used to store Sulfur Dioxide (H- 4) and Chlorine (H-3), as well as mechanical and electrical room(F-2) to supply the process equipment involved. 

Automatic sprinkler protection will not be provided for the building.

Facts: Sulfur Dioxide and Chlorine are noncombustible materials. The room will include metering  pumps,
and associated piping. There is no fire hazard involved.
 
Building construction is CMU walls, exterior and interior. The building consists of three rooms  12¿x 7¿8¿, each with one door leading to the outside, the rooms do not connect.
DEMONSTRATION OF UNDUE HARDSHIP OR HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURE:
Imposition of the rule would result in an undue hardship (unusual difficulty)  because of physical limitations of the construction site or its utility services.
