Conditions: Where a portion of the facility or building hereafter constructed or moved into or with the  jurisdiction is more than 400 feet from a hydrant on a fire apparatus access road, as  measured by an approved route around the exterior of the facility or building, on-site fire  hydrants and mains shall be provided.

Facts: This will not affect the public due to the proposed lean to accessory building is located on the Warren Central High School campus to store bulk equipment on school property.  The  proposed structure will be by an existing maintenance building.  Both ends of the proposed  structure is open ended and no employees will be working in the structure. Proposed  accessory building is a 6"x 6" wood post structure with metal roof.

Both ends are open and would store accessory maintenance items.

Imposition of the rule would result in an undue hardship (unusual difficulty)  because of physical limitations of the construction site or its utility services.

Facts: Warren Township Schools will not have a structure to store their plow blades, mower decks,  and bulk maintenance equipment from the increment weather rain and snow.  This will cause  rusting and damage to their accessory and bulk equipment if they cannot build the lean to  structure.
