Automatic sprinkler protection will not be provided over the pool. The building will be otherwise sprinklered throughout for purposes of permitting nonrated corridors, etc.
The will include a gymnasium, pool, fitness facilities, offices, and related support functions. Also included is a ¿partner¿ 2-story attached space that will house physical therapy and wellness services. The building is mixed use; A-3, and B Occupancies. The building will replace the existing 1927 building at another location.
