Conditions: Fire department access road cannot be provided within 150 feet of all portions of the exterior  walls of buildings used for high-piled storage. There are retention ponds on three sides of  the building, there is not enough room to provide fire department access roads. 

The building is an unlimited area S-1(storage)/B(office) Occupancy building. The building is  sprinklered throughout and has at least 60 feet of frontage on all sides of the building.

Facts: The building will be protected throughout with an ESFR ( Early Suppression Fast Response)  sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13.

A fire alarm system will be provided throughout the building.
