|Facts:|| 1. A manual fire alarm system with corridor smoke detection will be provided (Not required by code)
2. NFPA 101 permits corridors within a single tenant to be of non-rated construction.
3. This same variance has been granted in the past on numerous projects including 16-07-11, 17-03-13 and 17-05-15.
