Harper's Bar & Grill operates as a local sports bar, with a limited "bar food" menu.  It is  located in suite B2 of a strip mall.  Harper's Bar & Grill occupies 2,880 square feet of the strip  mall. The original space was known as Jaillo's Restaurant. The other spaces are leased to  various tenants.  The capacity of Harper's Bar & Grill is 117, as issued by the Pike Fire  Marshall.
