I then went to the Dougherty Orchard at 11:00 AM to look at the site. There was one Haunted House for children that only had one exit that after speaking with Jeff Short I told him wouldnt work. He said that was fine and is moving it out side. I then went to the pole barn. It did not have proper exiting. fire alarms or extinguishers. At this time the permit has not been applied for, but they are in process. I left the site and returned at 4:30 PM at this time nothing has been done I recieved the permit application from the office. I called Mr. Hampton and he said his son was on his way with everything to complete the Haunted House. I waited until 5:15 PM they had not arrives I talked with one of the family that owned the Orchard. I told her they couldnt open without an inspection.
