The sprinkler violation was corrected, however, the open junction boxes in Dressing Room B were still not addressed. Dave advised he would correct this violation quickly now that he knew where the open boxes were located. Spoke with Director, Danielle McClelland via phone (she was not on site during my inspection) and advised that the fire curtain testing was required to be scheduled as soon as possible; we've provided more than three months for her to get this scheduled and completed. She stated she has been unsuccessful in scheduling a date but has located the company she wants to perform the testing. I advised her to make this a priority and email me within the week with a testing date. I will follow up with her if I do not hear back in a week.
