The building has a new owner named Bill Bourke.The building was a bowling ally formerly named Rainbo lanes but is being converted into a dance arena.It's occupancy type is changing. The remodeling is in process and bowling allies and equipment have not been all removed. I spoke with manager Alvaro Marquez and he accompanied me on the inspection and we disscussed isssues. They are currently working with the LBO and an architect to provide plans for the remodel. At this time , plans have not yet been submitted to the state and they are still a work in progress.They will need a CDR and A&E permit. Since I ran out of time doing the inspection, I will type my report tommorrow and give it to Alvaro tommorrow when I am in town. I delivered the report to a worker on site and got his signature and requested him to give the report to the owner. It is no longer a bowling ally. Per LFO it was converted to a dance hall. No CDR was filed before remodeling. I tried to contact one of the owners to let me in to do the inspection. I am waiting for him to contact me to set up a time to do the inspection with the LFO. It appears that building is only used around weekends.
