Sec. 1011.6.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90 minutes in case of primary power loss, the sign illumination means shall be connected to an emergency power system provided from storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 604. Exception: Approved exit sign illumination means that provide continuous illumination independent of external power sources for a duration of not less than 90 minutes, in case of primary power loss, are not required to be connected to an emergency electrical system. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to provide documentation showing that a 90 minute drain down test has been completed for all exit signs/emergency lights/ and combo exit-emergency lights.

Sec. 901.6.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Fire protection systems shall be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards listed in Table 901.6.1. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to provide documentation showing that the fire alarm system and the sprinkler system has been tested/Inspected for an annual inspection.

Sec. 906.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed where required by TABLE 906.1 and where required by local ordinance. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to provide documentation showing that all of the fire extinguishers throughout the facility have been inspected for an annual Inspection.

2014 Edition IFC  675 IAC 22-2.5 
[B] 1011.5 Internally illuminated exit signs. Electrically powered, self-luminous and photoluminescent exit signs shall be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 924 and shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer¿s instructions and Chapter 27 of the International Building Code. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to install a self-luminous exit sign on the court yard gate.

675 IAC 12-4-9 Maintenance of buildings and structures  
Sec. 9. (a) All buildings and structures, and any part of the permanent heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, emergency detection, emergency communication, or fire or explosion systems, and all parts thereof, shall be maintained in conformance with the applicable rules of the commission, or applicable rules of its predecessor agencies, in effect when constructed, installed, or altered. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to re-install all of the missing ceiling tile within the facility.
