2014 Edition IFC  675 IAC 22-2.5 
904.11.6.2 Extinguishing system service. Automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be serviced at least every six months and after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by qualified individuals, and a certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire code official upon completion. 
The owner/operator of the facility heeds to provide documentation showing that the extinguishing system has been tested on the Auto fryer.

2014 Edition IFC  675 IAC 22-2.5 
NFPA 10 Chapter 6 Inspection, Maintenance, and Recharging 6.3.1 Frequency. Fire extinguishers shall be subjected to maintenance at intervals of not more than 1 year, at the time of hydrostatic test, or when specifically indicated by an inspection or electronic notification. 
The owner/operator of the facility needs to Provide documentation sowing that all fire extinguishers have been inspected for an Annual Inspection
