Sec. 605.7 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Electrical appliances and fixtures shall be tested and listed in published reports of inspected electrical equipment by an approved agency and installed and maintained in accordance with all instructions included as part of such listing. 
Plug all refrigerators and microwave ovens directly into wall oultlets or provide manufacturers instructions that show that they may be plugged into power strips and that power strips are rated for those appliances.

Sec. 1006.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. Exceptions: 1. Occupancies in Group U. 2. Aisle accessways in Group A. 3. Dwelling units and sleeping units in Groups R-1, R-2 and R-3. 4. Sleeping units of Group I occupancies 
Repair gym south side emergency light to proper operation.

Sec. 605.4.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle. 
All power strips need to be connected directly into a permanent outlet not UPS units,etc. Located this issue in some offices.

Sec. 1030.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Required exit accesses, exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency when the building area served by the means of egress is occupied. An exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a means of egress. 
A container of small stones needs to be removed from the back exit vestibule.

Sec. 605.4 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. 
Remove white 6 way adapter in program administrators office.

Sec. 609.3.3.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Records for inspections shall state the individual and company performing the inspection, a description of the inspection and when the inspection took place. Records for cleanings shall state the individual and company performing the cleaning and when the cleaning took place. Such records shall be completed after each inspection or cleaning, maintained on the premises for a minimum of three years and be copied to the fire code official upon request. 
Provide current kitchen hood cleaning records.
