Sec. 604.5.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
For battery-powered emergency lighting, a power test of the emergency lighting equipment shall be completed annually. The power test shall operate the emergency lighting for a minimum of 90 minutes and shall remain sufficiently illuminated for the duration of the test. 
Preform test as described above and provide documentation of results and repair.

Sec. 1011.5 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Electrically powered, self-luminous and photoluminescent exit signs shall be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 924 and shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions and Chapter 27 of the International Building Code. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. 
Exit sign from Reception Hall to the east exit not lit at time of inspection. Repair as needed.

Sec. 5303.5.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling caused by contact, vibration or seismic activity. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be by one of the following methods: 1. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks to a fixed object with one or more restraints. 2. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks on a cart or other mobile device designed for the movement of compressed gas containers, cylinders or tanks. 3. Nesting of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks at container filling or servicing facilities or in seller?s warehouses not accessible to the public. Nesting shall be allowed provided the nested containers, cylinders or tanks, if dislodged, do not obstruct the required means of egress. 4. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks to or within a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such use. Exception: Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks in the process of examination, filling, transport or servicing. 
Secure all compressed gas cylinders, weather in use or considered empty. Empty cylinders need not be restrained if there is no pressure in cylinder (slightly opened valve).

Sec. 315.3.4 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Attic, under-floor and concealed spaces used for storage of combustible materials shall be protected on the storage side as required for 1-hour fire-resistance-rated construction. Openings shall be protected by assemblies that are self-closing and are of noncombustible construction or solid wood core not less than 1 3/4 inches (44.5 mm) in thickness. Storage shall not be placed on exposed joists. Exceptions: 1. Areas protected by approved automatic sprinkler systems. 2. Group R-3 and Group U occupancies. 
Storage of paper, cardboard, blue styrofoam under the exit stairs from lower level meeting room shall be removed.
