Sec. 1011.6.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90 minutes in case of primary power loss, the sign illumination means shall be connected to an emergency power system provided from storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 604. Exception: Approved exit sign illumination means that provide continuous illumination independent of external power sources for a duration of not less than 90 minutes, in case of primary power loss, are not required to be connected to an emergency electrical system. 
Repair southeast exit door sign to proper operation on battery power sources.

Sec. 7.3.1.1.1 2010 Edition NFPA 10 675 IAC 28-1-2 
Fire extinguishers shall be subjected to maintenance at intervals of not more than 1 year, at the time of hydrostatic test, or when specifically indicated by an inspection or electronic notification. 
Recertify out of date extinguishers and missed extinguishers.

Sec. 904.11.6 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Automatic fire-extinguishing systems protecting commercial cooking systems shall be maintained in accordance with Sections 904.11.6.1 through 904.11.6.3. 
Hood suppression system is out of compliance. Recertify system.

Sec. 605.5.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Extension cords shall be plugged directly into an approved receptacle, and except for approved multiplug extension cords, shall serve only one portable appliance. 
Kitchen microwave must be plugged into permanent outlet not power strip.

Sec. 605.4.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle. 
Kitchen power strips cannot be plugged into each other, only permanent outlet.
