Sec. 5303.5.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling caused by contact, vibration or seismic activity. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be by one of the following methods: 1. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks to a fixed object with one or more restraints. 2. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks on a cart or other mobile device designed for the movement of compressed gas containers, cylinders or tanks. 3. Nesting of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks at container filling or servicing facilities or in seller?s warehouses not accessible to the public. Nesting shall be allowed provided the nested containers, cylinders or tanks, if dislodged, do not obstruct the required means of egress. 4. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks to or within a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such use. Exception: Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks in the process of examination, filling, transport or servicing. 
Ensure all cylinders are behind the bar or are in employee access only locations and are secured in order to prevent falling and/or damage.

Sec. 605.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. 
Secure box with exposed wiring on north wall in rear banquet hall.

Sec. 605.6 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. 
Found on: 1)Heater above stage; 2)Inside north facing storage room on the light switch (broken); 3)Floodlight in same storage room is disconnected and all wires are exposed and uncapped; 4)On north facing wall, exposed wires.

Sec. 1006.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premises' electrical supply. In the event of power supply failure, an emergency electrical system shall automatically illuminate all of the following areas: 1. Aisles and unenclosed egress stairways in rooms and spaces that require two or more means of egress. 2. Corridors, interior exit stairways and ramps and exit passageways in buildings required to have two or more exits. 3. Exterior egress components at other than their levels of exit discharge until exit discharge is accomplished for buildings required to have two or more exits. 4. Interior exit discharge elements, as permitted in Section 1027.1, in buildings required to have two or more exits. 5. Exterior landings as required by Section 1008.1.6 for exit discharge doorways in buildings required to have two or more exits. The emergency power system shall provide power for a duration of not less than 90 minutes and shall consist of storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 604. 
Found throughout the building, ensure all batteries are operational.

Sec. 313.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Fueled equipment including, but not limited to, motorcycles, mopeds, lawn-care equipment, portable generators and portable cooking equipment, shall not be stored, operated or repaired within a building. Exceptions: 1. Buildings or rooms constructed for such use in accordance with the International Building Code. 2. Where allowed by Section 314. 3. Storage of equipment utilized for maintenance purposes is allowed in approved locations when the aggregate fuel capacity of the stored equipment does not exceed 10 gallons (38 L) and the building is equipped throughout with an automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with Section 903.3.1.1. 
Remove: 1)Lawn mower; 2)Weed eater (trimmer) 3)Gas can; 4)Gas oil can Place in area other than rentable space and outside of structure.

Sec. 313.1.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The fire code official is authorized to require removal of fueled equipment from locations where the presence of such equipment is determined by the fire code official to be hazardous. 
I am mostly worried about the fuel+oil mix inside the building. Remove.

Sec. 807.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
In occupancies in Groups A, E, I and R-1, and dormitories in Group R-2, curtains, draperies, hangings and other decorative materials suspended from walls or ceilings shall meet the flame propagation performance criteria of NFPA 701 in accordance with Section 807.2 or be noncombustible. Exceptions: 1. Curtains, draperies, hangings and other decorative materials suspended from walls of sleeping units and dwelling units in dormitories in Group R-2 protected by an approved automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with Section 903.3.1 and such materials are limited to not more than 50 percent of the aggregate area of walls. 2. Decorative materials, including, but not limited to, photographs and paintings in dormitories in Group R-2 where such materials are of limited quantities such that a hazard of fire development or spread is not present. In Groups I-1 and I-2, combustible decorative materials shall meet the flame propagation criteria of NFPA 701 unless the decorative materials, including, but not limited to, photographs and paintings, are of such limited quantities that a hazard of fire development or spread is not present. In Group I-3, combustible decorative materials are prohibited. Fixed or movable walls and partitions, paneling, wall pads and crash pads, applied structurally or for decoration, acoustical correction, surface insulation or other purposes, shall be considered interior finish if they cover 10 percent or more of the wall or of the ceiling area, and shall not be considered decorative materials or furnishings. In Group B and M occupancies, fabric partitions suspended from the ceiling and not supported by the floor shall meet the flame propagation performance criteria in accordance with Section 807.2 and NFPA 701 or shall be noncombustible. 
Treat drapes above stage that are located within five feet of ceiling mounted heater with approved NFPA 701 commercially available spray, or remove drapes, or heater. If treating, do not replace drapes until I or another or a official can approve of application of material.
