Sec. 1006.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. Exceptions: 1. Occupancies in Group U. 2. Aisle accessways in Group A. 3. Dwelling units and sleeping units in Groups R-1, R-2 and R-3. 4. Sleeping units of Group I occupancies 
The exit sign's are being blocked from view within the assembly room area, due to the cloth partitions are to high and the exit signs are not visible. The cloth partitions should be lowered or moved to show the means of egress and /or more exit signs will need to be installed.

Sec. 901.6.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Fire protection systems shall be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards listed in Table 901.6.1. 
The owner/operator of the facility must provide documentation showing that the stand-pipe hoses on the 2nd floor north mezzanine area have being test for an annual Inspection.
