Sec. 7.3.1.1.1 2010 Edition NFPA 10 675 IAC 28-1-2 
Fire extinguishers shall be subjected to maintenance at intervals of not more than 1 year, at the time of hydrostatic test, or when specifically indicated by an inspection or electronic notification. 
Fire extinguisher inspection tag has expired. Needs annual maintanence.

Sec. 901.6.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Records of all system inspections, tests and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises or made readily available for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the last inspection, except that original acceptance test reports shall be maintained for the life of the system. 
Provide copy of annual fire alarm inspection report and smoke detector sensitivity test.
