Sec. 5303.5.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling caused by contact, vibration or seismic activity. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be by one of the following methods: 1. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks to a fixed object with one or more restraints. 2. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks on a cart or other mobile device designed for the movement of compressed gas containers, cylinders or tanks. 3. Nesting of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks at container filling or servicing facilities or in seller?s warehouses not accessible to the public. Nesting shall be allowed provided the nested containers, cylinders or tanks, if dislodged, do not obstruct the required means of egress. 4. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks to or within a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such use. Exception: Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks in the process of examination, filling, transport or servicing. 
Gas tank near checkout needs to be secured.

Sec. 1008.1.9.5 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. Exceptions: 1. Places of detention or restraint. 2. Where manually operated bolt locks are permitted by Section 1008.1.9.4. 3. Doors with automatic flush bolts as permitted by Section 1008.1.9.3, Exception 3. 4. Doors from individual dwelling units and sleeping units of Group R occupancies as permitted by Section 1008.1.9.3, Exception 4. 
The front exit right leaf is locked. It needs to remain unlocked during business hours.Also the same at one of the back exit doors facing the Sunoco station.

Sec. 605.6 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. 
Two junction boxes in ceiling where ceiling tiles removed need proper covers.

Sec. 1008.1.9.3 2014 Edition IBC 675 IAC 13-2.6 
Locks and latches shall be permitted to prevent operation of doors where any of the following exists: 1. Places of detention or restraint. 2. In buildings in occupancy Group A having an occupant load of 300 or less, Groups B, F, M and S, and in places of religious worship, the main exterior door or doors are permitted to be equipped with key-operated locking devices from the egress side provided: 2.1. The locking device is readily distinguishable as locked; 2.2. A readily visible durable sign is posted on the egress side on or adjacent to the door stating: THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED. The sign shall be in letters 1 inch (25 mm) high on a contrasting background; and 3. Where egress doors are used in pairs, approved automatic flush bolts shall be permitted to be used, provided that the door leaf having the automatic flush bolts has no doorknob or surface-mounted hardware. 4. Doors from individual dwelling or sleeping units of Group R occupancies having an occupant load of 10 or less are permitted to be equipped with a night latch, dead bolt or security chain, provided such devices are openable from the inside without the use of a key or tool. 5. Fire doors after the minimum elevated temperature has disabled the unlatching mechanism in accordance with listed fire door test procedures. 6. Licensed Health Care Facilities that comply with IC 22-11-17-2.5. 
Sign need at front and rear exits that reads: "THIS DOOR IS TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".

Sec. 605.4 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. 
Remove cube adapter in corner in pool room unless it has UL listing tag.

Sec. 703.1.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Required fireblocking and draftstopping in combustible concealed spaces shall be maintained to provide continuity and integrity of the construction. 
Replace and/or repair ceiling tiles in water heater room and provide firestopping around water heater chimney where it penetrates the ceiling tile.
