Sec. 319.3.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
A K-rated wet chemical fire extinguisher shall be provided where deep-fat fryers are used. 
"K" extinguishers missing in the following areas: 1.Funnel Cake booth, 2nd from end near Main & Perry, 2. Marks Concession Funnel Cake, 3. Amish Kuntry, 4. Deep Fried Candy Bars.

Sec. 3103.12.3 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Exit openings from tents shall remain open unless covered by a flame-resistant curtain. The curtain shall comply with the following requirements: 1. Curtains shall be free sliding on a metal support.The support shall be a minimum of 80 inches (2032 mm) above the floor level at the exit. The curtains shall be so arranged that, when open, no part of the curtain obstructs the exit. 2. Curtains shall be of a color, or colors, that contrasts with the color of the tent. 
Any covering over openings shall meet these requirements.

3103.12.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Tents, or membrane structures or a usable portion thereof shall have at least one exit and not less than the number of exits required by Table 3103.12.2. The total width of means of egress in inches (mm) shall not be less than the total occupant load served by a means of egress multiplied by 0.2 inches (5 mm) per person.  
Table shows that each exit shall be at least 72 inches in width. Partial blockage by junction boxes and exhibits are not allowed. Also tent stakes, barricades and such shall not be allowed.

Sec. 319.2.5 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Electrical equipment and installations shall comply with the Indiana Electrical Code (675 IAC 17). 
Open junction boxes, incomplete wiring circuits, hanging electrical devices and such shall be corrected to bring them into compliance with the code.
