Sec. 3103.12.7 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Means of egress illumination shall be installed at required exit doorways and where otherwise necessary to indicate clearly the direction of egress when the exit serves an occupant load of fifty (50) or more. Means of egress shall be illuminated with light having an intensity of not less than one footcandle (11 lux) at floor level while the structure is occupied. Fixtures required for means of egress illumination shall be supplied from a separate circuit or source of power. 
The emergency light on the front wall of the lounge is obstructed by two televisions. The light shall be moved to an unobstructed location.

Sec. 5.2.1.1.4 2011 Edition NFPA 25 675 IAC 28-1-12 
Any sprinkler shall be replaced that has signs of leakage; is painted, other than by the sprinkler manufacturer, corroded, damaged, or loaded; or is in the improper orientation. 
Several of the heads in the lounge area are loaded with grease and dust. These heads shall be cleaned or replaced.

Sec. 609.3.3.1 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Hoods, grease-removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be inspected at intervals specified in Table 609.3.3.1 or as approved by the fire code official. Inspections shall be completed by qualified individuals. 
The kitchen hood is past due for a semi-annual inspection.

Sec. 907.8 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
The maintenance and testing schedules and procedures for fire alarm and fire detection systems shall be in accordance with Sections 907.8.1 through 907.8.5 and NFPA 72. 
Documentation of a current test and inspection of the fire alarm and smoke detectors shall be provided for the inspector's review.

Sec. 406.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Employees shall receive training in the contents of fire safety and evacuation plans and their duties as part of new employee orientation and at least annually thereafter. Records shall be kept and made available to the fire code official upon request. 
Annual staff training shall be documented for the inspector's review.

Sec. 7.3.1.1.1 2010 Edition NFPA 10 675 IAC 28-1-2 
Fire extinguishers shall be subjected to maintenance at intervals of not more than 1 year, at the time of hydrostatic test, or when specifically indicated by an inspection or electronic notification. 
The fire extinguisher in the west entrance of the golfing area is past due for an inspection>

Sec. 405.2 2014 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.5 
Required emergency evacuation drills shall be held at the intervals specified in Table 405.2 or more frequently where necessary to familiarize all occupants with the drill procedure. 
Staff fire drills shall be documented for the inspector's review.
