Sec. 1006.3 675 IAC 22-2.4 IFC 2008 Edn.  
The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be powered by the premises¿ electrical supply. The emergency power system shall provide power for a duration of not less than 90 minutes and shall consist of storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 2702 of the Indiana Building Code.  
NEED TO ADD TWO EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN MAIN HALL AREA.

Sec. 703.2.3 IFC 2008 Edition  
Door operation. Swinging fire doors shall close from the full-open position and latch automatically. The door closer shall exert enough force to close and latch the door from any partially open position.  
EXIT DOORS REQUIRE DOOR CLOSERS INSTALLED FROM THE FULL-OPEN POSITION AND LATCH AUTOMATICALLY. THEY SHALL EXERT ENOUGH FORCE TO CLOASE AND LATCH FROM ANY PARTIALLY OPEN POSITION.

Sec. 315.2.3 IFC 2008 Edition  
Equipment rooms. Combustible material shall not be stored in boiler rooms, mechanical rooms or electrical equipment rooms.  
REMOVE ALL COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED AREAS.

Sec. 605.6 IFC 2008 Edition.  
Unapproved conditions. Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes.  
REPLACE MISSING COVER PLATE BY THE BINGO CALLING AREA.

Sec. 605.3 I.F.C. 2008 Edn. 
A clear and unobstructed means of access with a minimum width of 30 inches and a minimum height of 78 inches shall be maintained from the operating face of the switchboard or panelboard to an aisle or corridor.  
ALL ELECTRICAL PANELS SHALL MAINTAIN A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED MEANS OF ACCESS FROM THE OPERATING FACE OF PANELS.

Sec. 605.4 I.F.C. 2008 Edn.  
Multiplug adapters such as multiplug extension cords, cube adapters, strip plugs and other devices that do not comply with the 2008 Indiana Electrical Code or the 2008 Indiana Fire Code shall be prohibited.

Sec. 605.5 I.F.C. 2008 Edn.  
Extension cords shall not be used as a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures; extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings; or be subject to environmental damage or physical impact.  
REPLACE ALL EXTENSION CORDS WITH PERMANENTLY WIRED OUTLET WHERE REQUIRED THROUGHOUT FACILITY.

675 IAC 22-2.2-3 2010 Edn. Sec. 1-6.10 2010 NFPA 10 
Fire extinguishers having a gross weight not exceeding 40 lb (18.14 kg) shall be installed so that the top of the fire extinguisher is not more than 5 ft (1.53 m) above the floor. Fire extinguishers having a gross weight greater than 40 lb (18.14 kg) (except wheeled types) shall be so installed that the top of the fire extinguisher is not more the 3 1/2 ft (1.07 m) above the floor. In no case shall the clearance between the bottom of the fire extinguisher and the floor be less than 4 in. (10.2 cm).  
TWO FIRE EXTINGUISHERS NEED MOUNTED PROPERLY ON WALLS THROUGHOUT FACILITY.
