Sec. 400.8 2009 Edition IEC 675 IAC 17-1.8 
Unless specifically permitted in 400.7, flexible cords and cables shall not be used for the following: (1) As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure (2) Where run through holes in walls, structural ceilings, suspended ceilings, dropped ceilings, or floors (3) Where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings (4) Where attached to building surfaces Exception to (4): Flexible cord and cable shall be permitted to be attached to building surfaces in accordance with the provisions of 368.56(B) (5) Where concealed by walls, floors, or ceilings or located above suspended or dropped ceilings (6) Where installed in raceways, except as otherwise permitted in this Code (7) Where subject to physical damage 
The Code Official observed during the inspection that ceiling mounted TV's located in the facility have their power accessory cords being ran through the ceiling. These cords are not permitted to be ran through a ceiling. This was observed in the following locations: -The TV mounted to the ceiling at the main counter. -The ceiling mounted TV located above the drink vending machine at the east exit. -The TV mounted to the ceiling located between lanes 24 and 25. -The ceiling mounted TV located in the bar in front of the doors that lead into the bowling alley.

Sec. 901.6.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Fire protection systems shall be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards listed in Table 901.6.1. 
The fire alarm system for the building is due to be inspected.

Sec. 901.4 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Fire protection systems shall be maintained in accordance with the original installation standards for that system. Alterations to fire protection systems shall be done in accordance with the applicable rules of the commission. 
Several sprinkler heads were observed to be missing their escussion caps located in the bar room.
