Sec. 605.4.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle. 
Power strip near the DJ equipment upstairs is being powered by another power strip. Power strips may not be piggy backed together.

Sec. 14.2.1 2011 Edition NFPA 25 675 IAC 28-1-12 
Except as discussed in 14.2.1.1 and 14.2.1.4 an inspection of piping and branch line conditions shall be conducted every 5 years by opening a flushing connection at the end of one main and by removing a sprinkler toward the end of one branch line for the purpose of inspecting for the presence of foreign organic and inorganic material. 
Record of the 5-year internal pipe inspection was not available to review. Record of testing within past five years or new test record shall be made available to the Code Official to review upon return.

Sec. 5.2.1.1.1 2011 Edition NFPA 25 675 IAC 28-1-12 
Sprinklers shall not show signs of leakage; shall be free of corrosion, foreign materials, paint, and physical damage; and shall be installed in the correct orientation (e.g., upright, pendent, or sidewall). 
Many sprinklers downstairs are covered with dirt and dust.

Sec. 901.6 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. 
Fire alarm report from February 2014 indicated the pull station at the back door on the main floor failed testing due to be being broken. Pull station shall be repaired or replaced and shall function as designed and installed.
