Sec. 404.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
An approved fire safety and evacuation plan shall be prepared and maintained for the following occupancies and buildings. 1. Group A, other than Group A occupancies used exclusively for purposes of religious worship that have an occupant load less than 2,000. 2. Group B buildings having an occupant load of 500 or more persons or more than 100 persons above or below the lowest level of exit discharge. 3. Group E. 4. Group H. 5. Group I. 6. Group R-1. 7. Group R-2 college and university buildings. 8. Group R-4. 9. High-rise buildings. 10. Group M buildings having an occupant load of 500 or more persons or more than 100 persons above or below the lowest level of exit discharge. 11. Covered malls exceeding 50,000 square feet (4645 m2) in aggregate floor area. 12. Underground buildings. 13. Buildings with an atrium and having an occupancy in Group A, E or M.  
Provide copy of the Fire Safety Evacuation plan upon reinspection. Requirements for employee training and evacuation drills are required in this document and those records need to be available at time of reinspection.

Sec. 1006.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. Exceptions: 1. Occupancies in Group U. 2. Aisle accessways in Group A. 3. Dwelling units and sleeping units in Groups R-1, R-2 and R-3. 4. Sleeping units of Group I occupancies. 
Exit signs at the 3 rear exits of the are not lit. Repair as needed.
