Sec. 605.5 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. 
MAIN ENTRANCE - Extension cord is being used as a substitute for permanent wiring and is subject to enviromental damage. DINING ROOM BY TELEVISION - Extension cord is being used as a substitute for building wiring and is affixed to the wall.

Sec. 605.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the code official responsible for enforcement of the ICC Electrical Code. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. 
DINING ROOM - Need to properly close unused opening in circuit breaker panel.

Sec. 315.2.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Storage shall be maintained 2 feet (610 mm) or more below the ceiling in nonsprinklered areas of buildings or a minimum of 18 inches (457 mm) below sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered areas of buildings. Exception: Sidewall storage to a maximum depth of thirty (30) inches (seventy-six and two-tenths (76.2) centimeters) of in-rack storage shall be acceptable to the ceiling in sprinklered buildings. 
KITCHEN - Combustible storage must me at least 2 feet below ceiling.

Sec. 3003.5.3 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Securing compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks. Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling caused by contact, vibration or seismic activity. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks shall be by one of the following methods: 1. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks to a fixed object with one or more restraints. 2. Securing containers, cylinders and tanks on a cart or other mobile device designed for the movement of compressed gas containers, cylinders or tanks. 3. Nesting of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks at container filling or servicing facilities or in seller's warehouses not accessible to the public. Nesting shall be allowed provided the nested containers, cylinders or tanks, if dislodged, do not obstruct the required means of egress. 4. Securing of compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks to or within a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such use. Exception: Compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks in the process of examination, filling, transport or servicing. 
All CO2 tanks need to be secured.

Sec. 901.6.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Records of all system inspections, tests and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises for a minimum of three years and shall be copied to the fire code official upon request. 
Need to provide documentation of annual test for fire alarm system.
