Sec. 1011.4 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Internally illuminated exit signs shall be listed and labeled and shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and Section 2702. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. 
The east exit sign from the kitchen store room, the exit sign over the main exit, and the exit sign by the front desk are not illuminated.

Sec. 605.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the code official responsible for enforcement of the ICC Electrical Code. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. 
The outlet by the north door in the sprinkler riser room has a grounding prong lodged in it.

Sec. 605.5.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Extension cords shall be plugged directly into an approved receptacle, and, except for approved multiplug extension cords, shall serve only one portable appliance. 
The northeast corner of the game room has an extension cord plugged into a power strip instead of a receptacle.

Sec. 605.4 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with the ICC Electrical Code shall be prohibited. 
The cashier station by the patio in Shout's is using a multi-plug adapter that does not comply with the electric code.

Sec. 1.5.7 2002 Edition NFPA 10 675 IAC 28-1-2 
Portable fire extinguishers other than wheeled extinguishers shall be installed securely on the hanger, or in the bracket supplied by the extinguisher manufacturer, or in a listed bracket approved for such purpose, or placed in cabinets or wall recesses. Wheeled fire extinguishers shall be located in a designated location. 
The fire extinguisher in the pro shop, and the class k extinguisher in the kitchen need to be mounted on a bracket.

Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle.
