Sec. 605.6 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. 
The cover is off of the breaker panel in the North End of the building

Sec. 6.3.1 2002 Edition NFPA 10 675 IAC 28-1-2 
Fire extinguishers shall be subjected to maintenance at intervals of not more than 1 year, at the time of hydrostatic test, or when specifically indicated by an inspection or electronic notification. 
The Fire extinguisher inspections are out of date

Sec. 904.11.6.4 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be serviced at least every 6 months and after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by qualified individuals, and a certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire code official upon completion. 
The inspection on the Range Hood is out of date

Sec. 604.2.15.3 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Exit signs, exit illumination as required by Chapter 10, and elevator car lighting are classified as emergency systems and shall operate within 10 seconds of failure of the normal power supply and shall be capable of being transferred to the standby source. Exception: Exit sign, exit and means of egress illumination are permitted to be powered by a standby source in buildings of Group F and S occupancies. 
The battery back up is not working on the exit and emergency lighting
