Sec. 901.6 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. 
REQUIRED "EXTRA" SPRINKLER HEADS AND WRENCH WERE MISSING. ALSO, GUAGE ON SPRINKLER RISER NEEDS TO BE RECALIBRATED OR REPLACED.

Sec. 901.6.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Records of all system inspections, tests and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises for a minimum of three years and shall be copied to the fire code official upon request. 
SPRINKLER SYSTEM SERVICE AND HOOD SYSTEM INSPECTION REPORTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

Sec. 506.3.2 2008 Edition IMC 675 IAC 18-1.5 
Joints, seams and penetrations of grease ducts shall be made with a continuous liquid-tight weld or braze made on the external surface of the duct system. Exceptions: 1. Penetrations shall not be required to be welded or brazed where sealed by devices that are listed for the application. 2. Internal welding or brazing shall not be prohibited provided that the joint is formed or ground smooth and is provided with ready access for inspection. 3. Factory-built commercial kitchen grease ducts listed and labeled in accordance with UL 1978 and installed in accordance with Section 304.1. 
CHECK AND DOCUMENT THAT HOOD SYSTEM DUCT WORK IS SEALED LIQUID TIGHT.

Sec. 605.6 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. 
BY 2ND FLOOR COOLER - OPEN JUNCTION BOX REQUIRES COVER. IN THE BAR - COVERS REQUIRED ON OUTLETS BEHIND TV'S.
