Sec. 901.6 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. 
Sprinkler testing report indicated that gauges need to be replaced; there was no paperwork indicating this has been corrected.

Sec. 901.6.1 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Fire protection systems shall be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards listed in Table 901.6.1. 
Testing docuementation for internal sprinkler pipe inspection was not provided to Code Official at time of inspection.

Sec. 315.2.3 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Combustible material shall not be stored in boiler rooms, mechanical rooms or electrical equipment rooms. 
Combustible material is being stored in electrical and mechanical room throughout.

Combustible materials shall not be stored in exits or exit enclosures. 
Combustible material was found to be stored stairwells throughout.

Sec. 901.4 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Fire protection systems shall be maintained in accordance with the original installation standards for that system. Alterations to fire protection systems shall be done in accordance with the applicable rules of the commission. 
Wiring was found wrapped around sprinkler piping in basement (throughout).

Sec. 903.3.3 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Automatic sprinklers shall be installed with due regard to obstructions that will delay activation or obstruct the water distribution pattern. Automatic sprinklers shall be installed in or under covered kiosks, displays, booths, concession stands, or equipment that exceeds 4 feet (1219 mm) in width. Not less than a 3-foot (914 mm) clearance shall be maintained between automatic sprinklers and the top of piles of combustible fibers. Exception: Kitchen equipment under exhaust hoods protected with a fire extinguishing system in accordance with Section 904. 
Duct added in 3rd floor sound room is over 4ft. wide and is not currently protected by a sprinkler.

Sec. 703.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Opening protectives shall be maintained in accordance with the rules of the commission. Fire doors and smoke barrier doors shall not be blocked or obstructed or otherwise made inoperable. Fusible links shall be replaced promptly whenever fused or damaged. Fire door assemblies shall not be modified. 
Penetrations found in main electrical room (throughout all mechanical and electrical rooms) and the third floor Signature School common area.

Sec. 605.5 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. 
Extension cord found being used as permanent wiring in basement (Signature School).

Sec. 1015.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Required exits shall be located in a manner that makes their availability obvious. Exits shall be unobstructed at all times. Exit and exit access doorways shall be arranged in accordance with Sections 1015.2.1 and 1015.2.2. 
Exit was found to be obstructed on third floor near sound room.
