IC 22-14-3-5 
Operation without permit or special event endorsement; infraction Sec. 5. (a) This section applies to the following: (1) Each person who has control over the performance of an amusement or entertainment described in IC 22-12-1-23. (2) Each person who has control over a regulated place of entertainment. (b) A person described in subsection (a) commits a Class C infraction if: (1) a regulated place of amusement or entertainment is used for an amusement or entertainment described in IC 22-12-1-23; and (2) no regulated place of amusement or entertainment permit or special event endorsement issued under this chapter covers the conditions at the regulated place of amusement or entertainment that affect fire and explosion safety.  
Current permit has expired. Apply for new permit.

Sec. 605.5 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4 
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. 
1. Extension cord by electrical panels should be removed. Since it is run overhead it appears to be there for a long time period and is plugged in while not in use, makes it appear to look permanent, is not allowed. 2. Cord thru ceiling in the North Hall is not allowed.

Sec. 907.20.2 2008 Edition IFC 675 IAC 22-2.4  
Testing shall be performed in accordance with the schedules in Chapter 10 of NFPA 72. Exception: Devices or equipment that are inaccessible for safety considerations shall be tested during scheduled shutdowns where approved by the fire code official, but not less than every 18 months.  
Provide a current fire alarm inspection, and a sensitivity test upon re-inspection. System must pass test to be accepted.
