675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
Sec. 904.11.6.4 Dry-chemical hood systems shall be inspected and tested for proper operations every 6 month intervals. Tests shall include a check of the level detections system, alarms and releasing devices, including manual pull stations and other associated equipment.  
Hood suppression system shall be inspected every 6-months.

675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
904.11.5.2 Class K portable fire extinguishers for deep fat fryers. When hazard areas include deep fat fryers, listed Class K portable fire extinguishers shall be provided as follows: 1. For up to four fryers having a maximum cooking medium capacity of 80 pounds (36.3 kg) each: One Class K portable fire extinguisher of a minimum 1.5 gallon ( 6 L) capacity. 2. For every additional group of four fryers having a maximum cooking medium capacity of 80 pounds (36.3 kg) each: One additional Class K portable fire extinguisher of a minimum 1.5 gallon (6 L) capacity shall be provided. 3. For individual fryers exceeding 6 square feet (0.55 m2) in surface area: Class K portable fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the extinguisher manufacturer¿s recommendations.  
Class K fire extinguisher shall be provided for grease laden vapors, deep fat fryers.

675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
Sec. 1006.3 The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premise¿s electrical supply. In the event of power failure, a emergency system shall automatically illuminate all of the following areas: 1. Exit access corridors, passageways, and aisles in rooms and spaces which require two or more means of egress. 2. Exit access corridors and exit stairways located in building required to have two or more exits. 3. Interior exit discharge elements, as permitted in Section 1006.1 in buildings required to have two or more exits 4. The portion of the exterior exit discharge immediately adjacent to exit discharge doorways in buildings required to have two or more exits. 5. Exterior landings, as required by section 1008.1.5, for exit discharge doorways in buildings required to have two or more exits. The emergency power system shall provide power for a duration of not less than 90 minutes and shall consist of storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance with Section 604.  
Four emergency lights inopertive throughout building. Replace batteries and/or replace with new units.

675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
Securing compressed gas containers, cylinders and tanks. The above mentioned shall be secured to prevent falling caused by contact, vibration or seismic activity. Securing can be in a rack, framework, cabinet or similar assembly designed for such use or the use of a chain around above mentioned to secure from falling.  
SECURE ALL GAS CONTAINERS, CYLINDERS AND TANKS SO THEY COULD NOT FALL.

675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
Sec. 315.2.1 Storage of combustible materials in buildings shall be orderly and maintained a minimum of two (2) feet from the ceiling and a minimum of eighteen (18) inches below sprinkler head deflectors.  
Remove all combustible materials from top of cabinets and shelves to the requirements above.

675 IAC 22-2.4-1 Indiana Fire Code, 2008 Edition 
Sec. 315.2 Storage of combustible materials in buildings shall be orderly. Storage shall be separated from heaters or heating devices by distance or shielding so that ignition cannot occur.  
Combustible materials shall be maintained in an orderly manner.
